		<description>Oh it took me a good 30 years to learn to love the Brussels sprout. I love them quartered and roasted until caramelized, then tossed with hazelnuts and blue cheese. Or, leaves blanched and stuffed with chestnut puree floating on a sea of porcini gelee. ;-)</description>
