Recipe Development is what got this whole thing started.

I was already an art director, so the styling came naturally - but the art of perfecting a great recipe was a learned and well honed skill. I am classically culinary arts trained with on experience working with hundreds of brands. I know what makes a recipe work, read well and get clicks from customers.

I am available for full campaigns, new, seasonal selections and on-trend classics.

Over the years, I’ve created hundreds of recipes for websites, cookbooks and assorted food and specialty product clients. My goal is always to create delicious, approachable recipes that will become go-to’s for all levels of cooks. I welcome the opportunity to work with corporate, private bloggers and businesses of all sizes to create on-trend, original dishes needed to promote and highlight your product(s).
I have a strong plant-based recipe building knowledge as well as traditional culinary skills.

Another gloomy day this everlasting winter, and I was craving something warm and comforting. Trouble was, I wanted it now! So out came the Vitamix, a can of imported whole, organic tomatoes, one fresh tomato, a small jar of roasted red peppers, a clove of garlic, a pinch of cayenne, 6 or 7 chives, a few leaves of thyme, a dribble of fancy vinegar and some salt and pepper.
So easy, it didn't even need a recipe. Everything in the blender and I tasted as I went.
Toy around with flavours, herbs or spice levels.

This is off the charts easy!
